Fairly clean hotel, very friendly staff, extremely spacious and fairly quiet room. The rooms in good condition. Early check-in, parking onsite. Convenient and peaceful location, easy walk to everywhere. Such wonderful stay in calm area. Good restaurants.

The hotel and room were clean. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable and know their duties. the location was perfect, adjacent to a Mexican restaurant, Louisville, and stores. the venue was 10 minutes drive from the Hungry Tree.

The hotel's warm décor made me feel cozy, especially in the common areas where I could relax with a cup of tea. the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy navigation and helpful staff always ready to assist.
I wish the children working there would consider adding more grab bars in the bathrooms for safety.
